I recently stayed at 28 Borwick Lakes and it was a great experience. The caravan was exceptionally clean and well stocked, providing us with everything we needed. The attention to detail in the furnishings and bedding was superb, making us feel right at home. The location was also fantastic, with beautiful views over the lake. It was easy to find and conveniently located near the M6 motorway, making it a great base for exploring Lancaster and Kendal. I had a brilliant few days away and I highly recommend 28 Borwick Lakes for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Spotlessly clean, well-equipped and spacious caravan. Peaceful location near a lake and a short walk to a pub with great food. Perfect for families with children. Will definitely return.

our honeymoon trip to carnforth was made perfect thanks to our stay at this lovely caravan. the owners were attentive and the location was great for exploring nearby attractions. the caravan itself was spotless, well-stocked, and had all the comforts of home. we will definitely be back!

Wifi was unreliable.

The accommodation was spotless and everything we needed was supplied. the attention to detail was superb. the main bedroom was spacious and the pull-out sofa bed and small twin room were great for our family. Having a bathroom and en-suite in the main bedroom was a bonus. We also loved the lake on site, especially my dad and husband. the accommodation was spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our stay.

The surrounding area was unattractive and there was visible site debris. the on-site facilities were disappointing, with a lackluster bar and food options.
